At the beginning of the pandemic, we strongly advised to stay in touch by digital channels with your customers and possible prospects. As reopening your business is right around the corner, it is crucial to continue to communicate positively, as well as to make the public aware when your business will actually resume. Do not hesitate to do a short teasing on this topic through a post or a video. Think about creating a need and desire in your consumer.

You can also take advantage of this period of uncertainty to update or adapt your marketing strategies. Take the time to get to know your customer or those who are likely to use your products or services. To do so, use the information available online and segment your communication. Try to identify your target audience and learn to speak the same language. It will also be an opportunity to boost your SEO process, by integrating new written and visual content into your web page and social media.
